New Beginnings   Church on Samuel St.
The United Pentecostal Church of Oxnard began in 1969, holding their first services in a rented house at 2220 Samuel Street. One year later there was a thriving Sunday school and the need for larger facilities.

  New Construction
After much prayer and searching, a site was purchased in South Oxnard at 700 East Pleasant Valley Road. With help from a Christmas for Christ offering and much labor the first phase of construction was completed. The Church family moved to their new location for services in January of 1975.
